    Başakşehir Cam and Sakura City Hospital (İstanbul)

    Başakşehir Cam and Sakura City Hospital, put into service on May 21, 2020, has a campus consisting of 6 towers and annexes located around a core building. It is 4 km to European highway, 25 km to the Anatolian side, and 30 km to İstanbul Airport.  It has a bed capacity of 2682 beds 456 of which are in intensive care unit. The hospital has a total of 90 operating rooms and 982 polyclinics including 725 polyclinics and 257 support polyclinics. The following hospitals are available within the campus.

    Ankara City Hospital

    The hospital, located in Çankaya, Ankara, is the biggest hospital in the world constructed at once. It is the 3rd biggest hospital in the world with a capacity of 3810 beds. 82 VIP patient rooms are available. All kinds of operations might be performed in our surgical clinics including bone marrow, liver, kidney transplantations within the scope of health tourism.      Mersin City Training and Research Hospital

    The hospital, put into service on February 3, 2017, was accredited as a Training and Research Hospital by the Ministry of Health on May 15, 2018, and has been providing services under the name of Mersin City Training and Research Hospital since then. The hospital has a bed capacity of 1294 beds, 210 intensive care beds and 52 operating rooms. The following hospitals are available within the campus.

    Kartal City Hospital (İstanbul)

    The hospital, with a bed capacity of 1161 beds, provides services under the name of Kartal City Hospital since 2020 and educates medical students in 28 clinics. Kartal City Hospital also renders services in 16 different buildings in Maltepe, Adalar, Pendik, Tuzla and Kartal. There are 45 operating rooms at the hospital including a hybrid operating room, and 183 Intensive Care beds. Having fulfilled energy efficiency and eco design requirements, it is the first LEED GOLD and EDGE certified hospital in the world. 

    Göztepe City Hospital (İstanbul)

    The hospital in İstanbul is established over 177 thousand sqm closed area with a bed capacity of 758 beds. It provides services with 27 operating rooms and 96 intensive care beds. The hospital, built in blocks, make a strong impression with its physical infrastructure, sufficient bed capacity and state-of-the-art technology.

    Okmeydanı City Hospital (İstanbul)

    The hospital provides meticulous and detailed services in İstanbul with a bed capacity of 878 beds, 81 intensive care beds and 28 operating rooms. The hospital gives priority to patient satisfaction, plays a pioneering role, and provides quality and ethical services. There are various polyclinics including urology, radiology, gynecology, infectious diseases, chest diseases, diabetes, dermatology.

    Adana City Hospital

    The hospital, established over an area of 318.500 sqm provides services in Adana and nearby cities in Mediterranean region, and consists of a main hospital with a capacity of 1300 beds, a physical therapy and rehabilitation hospital with a capacity of 150 beds, and a high security forensic psychiatry hospital with a capacity of 100 beds. The hospital established around a core building consists of 4 blocks and includes following hospitals.

    Konya City Hospital

    The hospital, providing services in Konya and nearby towns on a closed area of 413 thousand sqm, has a capacity of 1250 beds including 240 intensive care beds. The hospital has 49 operating rooms and 330 polyclinic rooms. The facility incorporates an adult and pediatric intensive care unit, a burn unit, a gynecology unit, an iodine therapy area, an in vitro fertilization center, a lithotripsy unit, and a sleep laboratory.

    Bursa City Hospital

    Bursa City Hospital, put into service in 2019, with a capacity of 1355 beds, is established on a 745.000 sqm land and a 470.000 sqm total construction area and it is intended to provide world-class health service in Bursa and nearby cities. The hospital has 49 operating rooms in total.  The state-of-the-art-technology 859 seismic isolator; allows continuing all operational activities during and after a possible earthquake.     Kayseri Region Training and Research Hospital (Health campus) provides services with a capacity of 1607 beds including 309 intensive care beds and 43 operating rooms. The health campus includes recreational facilities and a shopping mall in addition to 6 main hospital buildings.

    Manisa City Hospital

    The hospital, put into service in October 2018, provides services with a capacity of 558 beds, 159 intensive care beds, 21 operating rooms and 145 polyclinics. An average of 600 hygienic masks are prepare at the hospital. The masks are disinfected in pressing ironer at a temperature of 120 degrees after sewing, packed and supplied to hospital personnel.

    Yozgat City Hospital

    The hospital, put into service on January 12, 2017, provides services in central Yozgat with a capacity of 475 beds, 88 intensive care beds and 18 operating rooms. In addition to a general hospital unit, the hospital consists of an intensive care unit, a radiology unit, an angiography unit, a chemotherapy unit, a nuclear medicine unit and a physical therapy unit to provide world-class services.

    Elazığ City Hospital

    The city hospital has a capacity of 1038 beds including 160 intensive care beds and 38 operating rooms. The hospital with 22 polyclinics incorporates an Oral and Dental Health Center with 64 therapy units, 3 pedodontics units,1 emergency unit, 2 handicapped units, and 2 operating rooms.

    Isparta City Hospital

    The hospital, put into service on March 20, 2017, renders services with 167 polyclinics, 176 intensive care unit bed capacity, 20 operating rooms, and 9 TDL rooms. Thanks to the seismic isolator in Isparta City Hospital, the impact of a possible earthquake can be reduced, and operational activities can be carried on without interruption. Isparta City Hospital, built in accordance with smart building concept, has the infrastructure to generate 35% of the electricity used in the hospital trigeneration and solar panels. Another significant feature of Isparta City Hospital is the ‘maternity hotel’ application. There is a specific are at the hospital designated for mothers of the newborn and babies receiving treatment in intensive cares, especially who come from nearby cities.

    Eskişehir City Hospital

    Eskişehir City Hospital is put into service in October 2018. The hospital renders services with a bed capacity of 1081 beds, 209 intensive care beds and 38 operating rooms. The hospital provides health services to nearby cities like Kütahya, Bilecik, and Afyonkarahisar; and has a total of 636 rooms including single and double rooms.

    Tekirdağ City Hospital

    The hospital draws attention as a gigantic investment established over a 158 thousand sqm area; and it is the first modular hospital in Türkiye with a capacity of 486 beds which can be increased to 556 beds. The hospital has a sea view and the quality of service is as good as the service in a five star hotel. All clinics, including the in vitro fertilization center and the cancer screening unit, are equipped with devices of the state-of-the-art technology. The hospital which is expected to turn Tekirdağ into a health tourism center, aims to come to the forefront as the best developed integrated health center of Trakya and the Balkans including Bulgaria and Greece.

    PRIVATE HOSPITALS

    There are 571 active private hospitals in Türkiye according to data obtained from Ministry of Health Department of Private Hospitals. Türkiye is among the first three countries in the world in terms of the number of accredited institutions and many of the private hospitals are JCI certified. It is known that especially foreign patients prefer JCI certified hospitals.  Private hospitals play active role in medical and health tourism in Türkiye with their well-equipped clinics and well-educated teams. As it is well known, most private hospitals in Türkiye are accredited, equipped with state-of-the-art technology, provide quality service, and carry out international promotion studies in medical tourism.
